• Processing time The time

• Payment options 

All prices are in US dollars or Vietnam Dong payment is expected in full before an item can be shipped. We accepts payments by bank Transfers, Visa, Master ***Please note, you may be charged additional fees from your bank for international orders.

• Order Processing 

Upon receiving payment, your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days in Vietnam and more than 10 business days in another country. We take our packaging seriously and err on the side of over-wrapping the artwork to minimize the chances of damage during shipping. All framed artwork is wrapped using Glassine paper, cardboard corner protectors, cushioning wrap, and snugly set in a sturdy cardboard box. We aim to use sustainable, biodegradable, recyclable / recycled packaging wherever possible. Re-used packaging material may also be included to minimize our impact on the environment.

• Returns & exchanges 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 

• Custom or personalized orders 

• Perishable products (like food or flowers) 

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

Conditions of return 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
